Returns

• The product must not be damaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send the product back to our warehouse at H No 636, Street 14, XX Block, Phase 3, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. Please include your order number and contact details in the return package.

Refunds

We offer no-questions-asked refunds. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within minutes. We can issue refunds to any bank in Pakistan or via Easypaisa and JazzCash.
